Hardwood models, fully machined or CNCed plastic or metal models, even STL or LOM 3D models - simply provide blueprints or CAD files, and leave the rest to us. In fact, we highly recommend that any production part be engineered by our staff to production standards, not only design standards.

The Engineering Department utilizes Pro-Engineer software for part generation, plus several CAD systems to ensure compatibility with custoner programs. Other software programs L&M utilizes include SmartCam, CAMAX, Auto-CAD, Intergraph Micro Station, Design CAD, Translators (IGES, CATIA, SDRC, VDA, JAMA-IS, HP PE/ME 30, DFX, DWX, DWG, SAT, ACIS, TEST.SAT, ACIS BINARY.SAB), and transfer media.
